July 25, 2007 - Mack Music Systems Limited is pleased to announce that we are building amps for Dot On Shaft Guitars of Barrie, Ontario.

Dot On Shaft - D.O.S. - sells a wide range of VERY cool guitars.  Solid body electrics, semi-hollows, hollow bodies, acoustics, an electric violin (!), basses and some of the coolest double necks we've ever seen!  They also have a line of pedals and, as if that isn't enough, D.O.S. produce concerts featuring the bands endorsing their gear (and there's plenty of those)!

Mack has revised the look of our Heatseeker HS-18 to suit the D.O.S. brand's more 'industrial' look and branded it the D.O.S. Sunbird SB-18.  Otherwise, the Sunbird and Heatseeker are identical.

Upon test driving one of his new amps, Mike Carparelli, D.O.S. founder, related in an email:

"WOW, sounds like the old Supros man.  Very nice Crisp and Clear sound.  Loud and VERY powerful ... geez, 18W of pure power man."

He went on to add:

"Great job ... we have to educate people on these fine amps of yours!"
